Who controls the information
Haimaze, Morocco, determines why and how information submitted through this website is used. Privacy requests can be sent to contact@haimaze.com or made by telephone at +212 663 508 807. The complete operator information available for this website is set out in the legal notice and terms.
Information collected
A mission request records the required identity, professional status, company or self-employed activity, email, telephone number, country, project type and message that you submit. City, budget and timeline are optional. A newsletter subscription records first name, email, telephone number and country. The application does not request or access a device MAC address and does not create a device fingerprint.
The hosting edge may derive a two-letter country suggestion from the connection used to load the page. Haimaze receives only that country-level suggestion in the form and does not add your IP address to the lead or newsletter record. Network and hosting providers may still process connection data temporarily for delivery and security.
Purposes and legal bases
Mission-request information is used only to assess the enquiry, answer it, organise the requested pre-contractual discussion and preserve the necessary history of that exchange. The required checkbox records your explicit agreement to this processing. Newsletter information is used only for the editorial communications described beside that separate checkbox and relies on specific, withdrawable consent. Security controls rely on Haimaze’s legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users.
Recipients and international transfers
Access is limited to authorised Haimaze personnel who need the information for the stated purpose, and to technical hosting, database or delivery providers acting as processors. The current technical infrastructure may involve storage or processing outside Morocco and, depending on the visitor, outside the European Economic Area. Haimaze must maintain the applicable contractual safeguards and Moroccan CNDP transfer formalities before relying on such transfers.
Retention
Prospective-client requests are intended to be retained for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful exchange, unless a longer period is necessary for a contract, legal obligation or the defence of a claim. Newsletter details remain active until consent is withdrawn or the subscription is ended. Device-autofill details remain only in that browser until you choose “Forget saved details”, clear browser storage or withdraw the option.
Cookies and local storage
Haimaze does not use advertising cookies, cross-site profiling or hidden lead trackers in this version of the website. Native browser autocomplete may fill fields under your own browser settings. The optional “Remember my details on this device” control stores only identity and contact fields in local storage after you actively select it; it never stores a project message. Refusing this option does not restrict the site. If analytics or other non-essential trackers are added later, they must remain inactive until the appropriate information and consent controls are provided.
Your rights and choices
You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object where the law permits, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also unsubscribe from editorial communications at any time. Write to contact@haimaze.com. You may lodge a complaint with Morocco’s CNDP and, where the GDPR applies, with the competent European supervisory authority.
Moroccan CNDP formalities
Moroccan Law No. 09-08 requires website operators processing personal data to complete the applicable prior declaration or authorisation, and a transfer request where data is hosted abroad. The CNDP filing or authorisation reference must be added here once issued. Publishing this notice does not replace those operational formalities.
